- Project Director: Senior project or program leader with at least 10 years of experience as a management consultant, and more than 6 years track record in managing large projects or programs. Typically former Principal or Associate Partner from major strategy consulting firms.
- Project Manager: Senior project leader with at least 8 years of experience as a management consultant, and more than 4 years track record in managing large projects. Typically former Senior Engagement Manger or Associate Principal from major strategy consulting firms.
- Senior Associate: Junior project leader with at least 6 years of experience as a management consultant, and more than 2 years track record in managing small to mid-sized projects. Typically former Engagement Manger or Senior Associate from major strategy consulting firms.
- Associate: Management consultant with at least 4 years of experience in a broad variety of project situations. Mostly with a background from major strategy consulting firms.
- Senior Consultant: Management consultant with at least 2-3 years of experience in a broad variety of project situations. Mostly with a background from major strategy consulting firms.
